Starters : Avocado Soup
This is a quick and easy to make soup that is a filling and enjoyed on a cool evening. You can substitute any of the seasonings mentioned below for a seasoning of your own taste.
2 medium ripe avocados
2 cups of almond milk
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove of garlic minced
Mash the intrdients in a pan.
Add all remaining ingredients. Stir well until mixed fully. You may use an electric beater or blender for this step.
When the soup is well mixed, heat it just enough to serve.
This recipe makes enough soup to serve 4.
