Dessert : Apricot Oatmeal Bars

1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of whole wheat flour
2/3 cup of turbino
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of canola oil
3 tablespoons of apple juice
1/4 cup of chopped fresh apricots and figs

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.

This recipe will make 10 servings.
