Dessert : Frozen Mixed Fruit Yoghurt

3 cups of mixed frozen fruit
½ cup of nonfat plain yoghurt
1/3 cup of turbino
1 tablespoon of freshly sqeezed lemon juice

Sauce

3 cups of sliced fresh peaches
2 tablespoons turbino
2 tablespoons brandy

Thaw fruit mixture to room temperature. Puree in a blender with yoghurt, turbino and lemon juice.

Freeze for 15 to 30 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients and heat over medium heat until mixture is warm. Serve over frozen yoghurt.
