Main : Blood Orange and Walnut Salad
1/2 cup of mixed greens
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
1 blood orange, peeled and segmented
1/4 cup of walnuts, halved
Dressing
1/3 cup of canola oil
1/4 cup of champagne vinegar
2 tablespoons turbino
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
In a salad bowl, combine the mixed greens and onion.
In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together well.
Toss dressing with mixed greens and onion. Arrange salad on a plate and garnish with blood orange and walnuts. Serve chilled.
