Main : Tahini Turkey Pizza
1 pound of ground turkey
1 teaspoon of dried sage
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
1 leek, sliced thin
4 tablespoons of tahini paste
4 whole wheat pita breads
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, sage, garlic, salt and pepper.
In a non-stick saute pan, brown the turkey mixture with leeks and tahini.
Top the pita with the turkey mixture, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
This recipe will make 4 servings.
