Main : Turkey Burger on Pita
1 pound of ground turkey
1 cup of dried chickpeas, cooked and smashed
1/2 cup of cooked spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of dried sage
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
1 ounce of bean sprouts
4 pita breads, toasted
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, chickpeas, spinach, coriander, cumin, sage, salt and pepper.
Form into patties and grill until cooked through.
Serve with bean sprouts on a toasted pita.
