Main: Pasta and Asparagus

1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of chopped white onions
3 cloves of garlic, sliced thin
1 cup of chopped spinach
5 asparagus, sliced on the bias
A pinch of red pepper flakes
1/2 cup of white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
A pinch of salt
1 cup of pasta, cooked and well drained

Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over high heat and cook onions until they are golden, stirring constantly. Add garlic, spinach and asparagus and cook for 1 minute or until asparagus is tender.

Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes and add white wine. Simmer until reduced by half. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.

Put pasta in a serving bowl, toss with sauce and serve.
