This is a dish that can equally be enjoyed as a lunch or an evening meal. You may choose to either bake or grill the tuna, the choice is up to your taste. This is a fast and simple, and very healthy, fish recipe that is a delicious way to enjoy tuna.

1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
A pich of salt
A pinch of pepper
1 6-ounce tuna steak
1 cup of mixed salad greens
1 cup of thinly sliced cabbage
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
Juice of 1 lemon

In a bowl combine the cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper. Marinate the tuna in this mixture for an hour.

If baking the tuna preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grill the tuna (or bake) until medium rare which should take around 6 minutes.

Arrange the mixed greens and cabbage on a plate, season with salt, pepper, cumin and lemon juice. Plae the tuna on the bed of greens and serve. This will serve 2 people.
