Starters

All good meals start with the first course which we are going to call the Starters. These appertisers will consist of simple dishes such as soups or light meals that can be quickly prepared, are healthy and will prepare you for the next course if that’s the way you’re going to eat it. The key is that these dishes, such as the soup recipes will not be too difficult to prepare.

Arthritis starters shouldn’t really be thought of as being any different to other healthy starter. Enjoy your food in moderate quantities. Every taste can be a sensation.
